PRICING

These are base prices i.e there will be pricing adjustments for extra details, characters with intricate designs, big props, etc.

HALF-BODY $40 (BASE) PER CHAR

FULL-BODY $75 (BASE) PER CHAR

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning, you agree to the following terms on process, delivery, and usage of your commission:

PAYMENT

➤ All prices mentioned by the Artist are final.
➤ Payments will be made upfront via Paypal. If the total is over $400, the client can choose to pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
➤ There will be a Paypal Fee which is 5.48% of the total commission price.
➤ No refunds/chargebacks or cancellations can be made without discussion and consent from the Artist.

ADDITIONAL FEES

➤ A general timeline will be discussed, but if the client wants a tighter deadline there will be a Rush Fee.
➤ Up to 2 Free Revisions can be made not including the alterations due to faults by the Artist. Further revisions will incur a 5% Revision Fee.

RIGHTS

➤ The Artist reserves the right to reject commissions; cancel and refund the money for a commission, at any time.
➤ The Artist reserves all rights over the commissioned outputs unless agreed upon otherwise (social media, process videos, portfolio).
➤ If the commissioned piece is fanart of an existing media, the Artist may resell the commission in the form of prints and merchandise.
➤ Unless discussed otherwise, the commissioned artwork is strictly NON-COMMERCIAL - you MAY NOT resell as prints, merch, NFTs or gain profit of any kind.
➤ For COMMERCIAL work, the client must purchase commercial rights - pricing of which will be discussed further.
➤ The artwork MAY NOT any way be used on or to train generative AI.
➤ You may post/edit/crop/print the artwork for personal use with credit to the Artist.

REFUND POLICY

➤ A Full Refund can be made up to 3 days after payment, only if the Artist has not started the commission.
➤ If the commission has already started within those 3 days, a Partial Refund can be made - its value proportional to the art progress.
➤ After 3 days, there will be a 10% Cancel Fee. If the commission has already started, the client can request a Partial Refund but a 10% Cancel Fee will apply.

PROGRESS UPDATES & DEADLINES

➤ The Artist will provide progress updates at each stage: Line Art > Flat Colors -> Final
➤ The Artist will give the client a heads-up if the commission might take longer than anticipated
